Caroline R. Sacca

Caroline is the Marketing & Events Coordinator at MCF, based in our Lexington office, and joined the firm in March 2025. Caroline has over eight years of digital marketing and branding experience in various corporate marketing roles, where she specialized in national advertising and marketing strategy.

Originally from Atlanta, GA, Caroline graduated from Western Kentucky University with a degree in Fashion Merchandising and a concentration in Marketing and Sales. At MCF, she combines her creative background with strategic planning to enhance the firm’s brand and deliver impactful client experiences.

Caroline lives in Lexington with her husband, Brad, and their two daughters, Georgia and Holloway. Outside of work, she enjoys photography, videography, and family trips to Disney World and Hilton Head Island. A Georgia Bulldogs fan at heart, she also cheers for the Kentucky Wildcats, thanks to her husband. Caroline and her family attend Southland Christian Church and enjoy all things Keeneland.
