Eric Hughes, MBA

Eric is the Business Systems Analyst and Salesforce Admin at MCF’s Lexington Office, where he works with the Ops team to support the continued growth and optimization of the firm’s technology and operational infrastructure. His work centers around maintaining and enhancing Salesforce CRM to improve efficiency, reporting, automation, and the overall user experience across the company.

Eric holds a BA in Business and an MBA from Dominican University of California, where he was a 2-sport varsity athlete (Soccer and Lacrosse).

He lives in Lexington with his wife, Danielle, and their 2 kids, and are active members of South Elkhorn Christian Church. In his free time, he enjoys coaching youth soccer, watching sporting events, playing board/card/video games, traveling, competing in adventure races, and reading/ listening to books.

As a major sports enthusiast, he cheers for the San Francisco Giants, 49ers, Manchester United, and has adopted the Kentucky Wildcats as his preferred college sports team, thanks to his wife.
