As Chief Strategy Officer & Chief Compliance Officer, Tim is focused on guiding, executing, and sustaining the firm’s long-term strategic direction. He works across every function of the organization—partnering with leadership, advisory teams, and external partners to turn ideas into execution.
Tim’s role spans firmwide strategy, partner integration, technology, compliance, and new service offerings. His focus is on ensuring clients, advisors, and teams across the organization benefit from intentional and disciplined growth, aligned with MCF’s culture of delivering outstanding client experiences.
He holds a BBA in Finance & Accounting and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati. He began his career at Fifth Third Bank and later worked with the Sisters of Mercy. Tim and his wife, Kelly, live in Louisville with their son.
