As CCO and Vice President, Operations Tim leads MCF’s operations and compliance teams, responsible for technology, custodial relationships, and client service. He also serves on the firm's Executive Investment Committee and works with individual clients to develop, implement, and monitor financial plans.
Tim earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Cincinnati. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. He and his family are proud volunteers and are actively involved with the Children’s Tumor Foundation.

Lacy Sisk is the Marketing Specialist at MCF Advisors. Lacy started with MCF in January 2016 and is located in the Lexington office. Lacy spent the last four years working in Orlando, Florida working at Universal Orlando Resort and Walt Disney World. While at Universal Orlando Resort, Lacy served in the marketing department and ran 128 biometric screening events annually at Walt Disney World.
Lacy earned a Bachelor of the Arts in Political Science in 2012 from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. Lacy is a member of Lexington's Junior League. Lacy is an active member of Southland Christian Church and is a proud supporter of the University of Kentucky Wildcats.

Sean Lamanna is an Investment Operations Associate based in MCF’s Lexington office. He joined MCF in 2017. Sean works closely with the investment team, operations and consultants to better serve the clients on a day to day basis.
Sean earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management from the University of Kentucky. Outside of the office, Sean spends most of his time with his wife Sydney and family, finding new hiking spots, watching sporting events, traveling or reading. He is also a member at Southland Christian Church.
